• The cost of the ‘IHM and GSR Workshop on IHM Maintenance’ is EUR 249.00 for members of the International Marine Purchasing Association (“IMPA”, “we” or “us”) and EUR 399.00 for non-members. 

• Upon completing the application form available at www.impavirtualevents.com/ihm-workshop, the applicant will receive an invoice from IMPA by email that is payable within 14 days. However, if the booking is made within fewer than 14 days of the course, payment is required sooner, so that funds are received and cleared before the workshop takes place. 

• Upon funds being cleared, joining instructions will be sent to the attendee by email. 

• Please note we reserve the right to cancel the workshop should there be an insufficient number of attendees, but no fewer than 3 working days before the event. In this case, all applicants will receive a full refund. 

• Refunds cannot be made for cancellations made by attendees less than 14 days before the event. All fees are forfeited thereafter, but substitutions may be considered. 

• Please note that all actions regarding cancellations will only take effect once confirmation is received in writing.
